We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Coordinating schedules, appointments, reservations, travel arrangements, team events, and other administrative tasks as requested, for the Executive Team; Arranging meetings and taking notes for the senior management team and wider company; Coordinating communications and liaising directly with external partners and vendors; Reviewing, routing, and responding to correspondence, on behalf of Executives; Contributing to the planning, organization, and execution of special projects – including high-profile international events; Facilitating internal documentation, knowledge management, and communications; Traveling for events and meetings on behalf of the Company, as required; Maintaining strict confidentiality with respect to all communications and documents. A minimum of 2 years experience working as an executive assistant or office administrator; 2-4 years of experience working in a customer facing or hospitality role; Flawless written and verbal communication skills, even under pressure; Strong interpersonal skills; Resourceful, independent, and deadline-oriented mindset; Proficiency in Mac operating environments, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and Google Apps; A high level of comfort with new technologies and tools.
