This is a DIRECT HIRE, FULL TIME PERMANENT GENERAL LABOR POSITION WITH BENEFITS in ACTON – Ontario
This is A fast hiring process that doesn’t waste your time
- Choose from 3 Weekend nights or 3 Weekend days – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am
- Transportation required ( located in Acton, ON – 24 km east of Guelph, North of Milton or 32 km West of Brampton)
DUTIES INCLUDE: using specific training methods for galvanizing process.
- Steel Factory Workers are Responsible for handling and/or cleaning material.
- Steel Factory Workers are Responsible for Hanging steel utilizing overhead cranes, use of jigs and racks, grinders, files and brushes
- Steel Factory Workers are Responsible for Inspection of steel for quality control – sags, runs, drips, bare spots – reports flaws to management.
- Steel Factory Workers Use wire to tie material to bow and universal racks,
- May learn to use a torch to dry materials before hot dipping & bolt cutters to remove wire from product
- Standing, steady pace, and some heavy lifting
Required
- Positive attitude, Reliable, Punctual, and good work ethic, high energy
- Strict adherence to safety regulations, working together as a team
SHIFTS: Your choice of Weekend nights or Weekend Days
- Friday-Sunday Night Shift 7PM-7AM NON ROTATIONAL SHIFT – $18.00 hr
- Friday – Sunday Day Shift 7AM-7PM Non Rotational shift – $18.00 hr
