Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia
We are looking for a full time, live-out, nanny to take care of our one year old daughter.
We are full time working professionals and either one or both of us will be working from home at least part-time for the foreseeable future. We take a research-based approach to parenting and would prefer to have someone who takes a similar approach to childcare.
Start Date – Preferably mid-February or beginning of March but we are flexible for the right candidate.
Location – West 14th and Heather St, near VGH
Number of Hours – 40 hours per week
Compensation – Negotiable
Duties – Primarily child care including taking our daughter to various enrolled activities (once COVID permits) and outdoor adventures, as well as assistance with light household duties.
Requirements – Experience with infants and toddlers; availability for the occasional evening or weekend; potential for a with another family or two in the future; CPR / first aid certification or willingness to obtain certification; clean criminal record check; references; and legally able to work in Canada.
COVID – It is very important that you are COVID cautious and follow all of the provincial rules and restrictions.
Assets – French speaking or otherwise bilingual; and a valid driver’s license.
