Provide technical leadership and engineering oversight for our client engagements with an eye toward setting a high bar for engineering quality, monitoring and reporting on overall project health, proactively addressing concerns, delivering on-time and on-budget, and promoting both team and client satisfaction.Lead and mentor a team of 2-8 developers; monitoring work quality, providing coaching, and setting measurable goals that allow them to grow into TWGās next generation of technical leads.Help us continue to build our team of high-performing engineers by recruiting talented individuals, participating in and overseeing our hiring process, and representing TWG in the community.Evolve our engineering practice by driving departmental initiatives forward, identifying and executing on training opportunities for our team, contributing to resources and documentation, introducing emerging technologies, and more.A strong background in software development; a breadth of experience paired with a demonstrated ability to ship high-quality solutions. Prior experience leading and managing development teams and projects, with a proven track record of success. An excitement for the challenges that come with delivering quality solutions in a rapidly-growing team; an appreciation for the intersection of engineering and interpersonal skills. The ability to flex and meaningfully collaborate with a variety of teams, stakeholders, employees, and clients; a bias toward action and ownership.
