We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company
Assist in the review and development of RFPs for CM/GC services Review all Bid Packages and Requests for Proposals for potential contractual risks. Coordinate with the internal parties to ensure all submitted bids and scopes are complete. Review design-build specifications to ensure the adherence to contractual requirements of Contract. Assist bidding processes including take off, RFQ responses, estimation, and contractor quote queries, Bid presentation, etc. Update Bid Forms on an ongoing basis with new developments within the industry. Review detailed Bid Levelling of various trade bids submissions. Assist in negotiations and preparations of Contracts as directed and development of schedules Attend GC/CM site meetings to monitor activity and progress Keep updated on the latest Contract legislation and contract type changes/amendments. Review for completeness and be responsible for the sign-off of all trade contracts on a regular basis. Ensure adherence to specifications and protocol. Stay up-to-date with the latest contract legislation and liaise with legal counsel. Oversee the development and ongoing management of comprehensive project budgets, schedules and work plans to ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time and at the expected level of quality and value Oversee billing and payment process is it relates to contracts held by our client Ensure accurate cost forecasting of each project throughout its duration; manage change process Procure, coordinate and manage all required service providers necessary to achieve project completion on time, within budget and in accordance with client objectives Negotiate terms and conditions of all contracts for service and ensure changes in scope and timing of associated deliverables comply with the respective obligations Ensure the smooth transition of each development project from its design and construction phases to the fully operational property conclusion including completion of all related closeout details/documentation
